Appliances reach us for all sorts of reasons, most of which have nothing to do with how well they work. A box gets crushed in a warehouse. A fridge spends three months on a showroom floor. A dishwasher picks up a scuff on a panel that ends up facing a cupboard once it is installed.

None of those units can be sold as new, so they come to us instead — and the saving goes to you. Every item is priced according to its condition, and we will always tell you exactly what you are looking at before you buy.
